New to soup-making? This is a great skill to add to your kitchen, as soups can provide a useful way to use up produce and feed a large group of people quickly. And, there’s nothing like a cozy bowl of soup on a winter’s night! Join us to learn how to make my Rustic Tomato Soup from scratch. I’ll go over tips and tricks I’ve learned in soup making, as well as my basic formula for making various veggie soups from scratch. Also included in this class: how to make a basic vinaigrette to dress my Hearty Table Salad, a filling side to go with our soup! Every good soup needs a crusty bread to go with it, so I’ll bring some of my Rustic Sourdough Parm Boule, to go with our from-scratch, farmhouse lunch!
