Rustic Sourdough Workshop

Looking to make fresh bread from scratch, but are overwhelmed at the thought of baker's percentages, scales, and all the methods of making sourdough bread? After 3 years of making our sourdough bread at home, I've learned a rustic way to keep Sourdough simple and fit into my busy kitchen. Cut out another item off your grocery list by incorporating wild-yeast Sourdough as a part of your weekly baking & enjoy much healthier bread for you and your family.

Join our workshop to learn:

● What a Sourdough Starter is, and how to sustain it

● Ways in which you can use sourdough in your everyday kitchen

● The process of making the dough for a simple Rustic Sourdough Boule

● Learn recipes for Sourdough English Muffins, Sourdough Crackers, & Sourdough

Bread

● Sample Sourdough Goodies

● Take home a live, active wild yeast sourdough starter, to get baking right away

● Get online support after the workshop, as you make your first sourdough breads
